  1. Heat Pan

2. Make Scores In the Pork Belly Skin

3. Salt Pork Skin

4. Add Olive Oil to Pan

5. Add Vegetables

  1. **Sear Vegetables**

6. Move Vegetables to the Side

7. Add Pork Belly (Skin Side Down)

  1. (Cook 3-4 Minutes)

8. Add Sake

9. Flip Over Pork Belly

10. Add Chicken Stock

11. Add Lemon Grass

12. Add Oyster Sauce

13. Add Apple (Sliced)

14. Bring to Boil

15. Place in Oven for 2-3 Hours

  1. (Cook for 2-3 Hours)

16. Remove Pork Belly from Pan

17. Blend Ingredients in Blender for Gravy

18. Slice Pork Belly From the Meat Side (Skin Side on bottom)

19. Plate
