  • Chicken (Skinless Optional)
  • Mushrooms (Your Favorite Variety)
  • Onion
  • Celery
  • Peppers
  • Ginger
  • Lemon Grass
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sake Oyster Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil

      1. Chop Chicken
      2. Marinate Chicken

      **Carlito’s Marinade: Sake, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Black Pepper**

      1. Heat Olive Oil in Pan
      2. Cook Chicken

      (Until cooked all the way through)

      1. Add Celery
      2. Add Onion
      3. Add Peppers

      **Fold Paper Towel into squares, place into pan to absorb excess oil**

      (Cook several minutes)

      1. Add Sake
      2. Add Ginger
      3. Add Garlic

      (Cook several minutes)

      1. Add Mushrooms
      2. Add Chicken Stock

      (Cook a short time)

      1. Add Oyster Sauce
      2. Add Lemon Grass

      (Cook Several Minutes)

      1. Add more Chicken Stock
      2. Mix Cornstarch with chicken stock
      3. Add mix to pan to your desired thickness
      4. Enjoy!!
