Chef Carlos Cham
Chef Carlos Cham (aka Carlitos), grew up in La Paz and comes from a family steeped in the traditions of fine dining and restaurants. Carlos has consulted on the founding of several other restaurants in Los Cabos including NickSan in Cabo San Lucas. During the 1990s, Carlos opened and ran a successful taco shop in trendy Sausalito, just across the Golden Gate Bridge. Carlos then served as the executive chef on the ESPN-2 TV fishing show, Offshore Adventures for 4 seasons. He opened his own restaurant in 2010, the renowned “Carlito’s Place” Restaurant in the Todos Santos/Pescadero corridor, one hour north of Cabo San Lucas.
He is the co-creator and host/ Chef/ talent of Carlito’s Cooking Adventures. This television series travels to locations around the globe, meeting local merchants, making friends and artisanal cuisine.
